While we may not be the venue for every wedding, the Laurel Oak Inn can be that unique place for you if you are considering a small, intimate ceremony.
The Laurel Oak Inn Bed and Breakfast has so much to make this day one for the ages. Our 1885 Queen Anne Victorian offers a beautiful outdoor wedding venue along with picturesque locations for your processional, your first look, a cocktail party and your reception.
And as a small five-bedroom luxury hotel with private bathrooms in every suite, we can also cater to the overnight needs of the bride and groom, as well as a few family members and friends.
In fact, the Natchez Suite named for Natchez, Mississippi is designed as a honeymoon suite for our princess bride and her one true love. It is by far, the most romantic room in the Inn. Just take a look right here.
So, what is an intimate wedding?
The best way to describe it is to consider an elopement and a big traditional wedding. An intimate wedding is anything and everything in between. At the Laurel Oak Inn, that can start with the happy couple and a few friends and family and go up to 50 people.
Our packages of intimate weddings range from minimonies to as many as 50 people and are tailored specifically for your once-in-a-lifetime wedding day.
A minimony may include a small gathering of loved ones or may be limited to the happy couple sharing a simple moment of commitment together.
Beyond the minimony, here are the packages we can offer.
We start with the Pink Package, which is for up to 10 people. It includes two hours of access to our outdoor event venue as well as the interior and exterior of the Inn for photos.
The Ivory Package can be for up to 50 people for three hours and the same access to the interior and exterior for photos.
The Sapphire Package can also accommodate 50 people for up to six hours, along with access to the Inn for photos, toast and hors d’oeuvres. We also include an arch with drapery for the ceremony and a sweetheart table and cake table.
Our top end is the Gold Package, which offers full-day access, all the other amenities in the Sapphire Package and a banquet.
