The Buckner Suite is a warm and inviting room on the first floor believed to be the original location of the library. The Suite was named after Nan’s beloved great-aunt, Mary Bucker. Upon entering the room you will find large wooden Eastlake double doors beautifully carved to mirror the etched glass of the Laurel Oak Inn’s front doors, along with antique furniture from Mary Buckner’s personal collection. The Buckner Suite provides a Queen Swedish Tempur-Pedic bed and the bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, easily accommodating a walker or wheelchair.
